Life Support Customers

Big Horn Rural Electric maintains a list of members who rely on electrically-powered life support systems (e.g. respirators, oxygen equipment, special monitors, etc.) In the event of a scheduled outage that may last for a few hours, we will make every effort to notify affected consumers in advance should they need to make special arrangements. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible when an unplanned outage occurs in your area.

If you or a member of your family is dependent upon electricity for life support equipment, please complete the information on the Outage Notification for Life Support Customers form  and return it to one of our offices.
